Meret MedKit Pro X – ALS Medications Module

The Meret MedKit Pro X is a professional-grade medications module engineered for advanced life support (ALS) responders, including flight medics, paramedics, and critical care nurses. Developed in collaboration with EMS Chiefs, this highly organized, compact module is built to protect and deploy a wide variety of medications with speed and efficiency.

Constructed with a rugged TUFF-SHELL™ exterior and full infection-control materials, the MedKit Pro X is wipe-clean, durable, and designed to withstand the toughest field conditions. Its four-section layout ensures medications are stored safely and accessed quickly:

• Compartment 1: Mesh pocket for IV solutions (up to 500cc) and IV start supplies

• Compartment 2: Clear storage pockets for up to 17 medication bottles (2–15 ml)

• Compartments 3 & 4: Elastic webbing bands for first-line and pre-filled medications

Thick protective padding reduces the risk of breakage and waste, while lockable zippers support pharmacy seal integration for added security. The module is fully TS2 Ready™, attaches easily to MOLLE-compatible gear, or can be used as a standalone kit. Reflective accents and oversized YKK zippers further enhance functionality in high-stress, low-light environments.
