Return Policy

Return Instructions:

2. Return items to:

   **Be sure to include a copy of your invoice and/or name and address inside the box so we know who to refund
   
   
3. Once received, we will inspect the items and refund the individual items promptly.  Please allow 3-5 days to process.  You will receive a refund confirmation email. 

Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  (This excludes non-refundable items such as mesh panties and sterile water).  

Items should be returned in their original packaging. If the return is a result of our error we will pay for the shipping, if it is not the shipping will be deducted from the refund. In situations where an item was "free shipping", a shipping fee will still be deducted from the refund for goods returned by choice.

However, if you received something that was broken, opened, or damaged in any way please TAKE PHOTOS, and call us and we will make sure that you are either reimbursed or we will replace the item.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. Place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
