The Cylinder Oxygen Tank “E” (ME) is a lightweight aluminum oxygen cylinder designed to provide an extended portable oxygen supply. Ideal for homecare, travel, and emergency use, it balances high capacity with durable, easy-to-handle construction.

When paired with a conserving device, the ME cylinder delivers long-lasting oxygen therapy—up to 30 hours with the RESOURCE v.2 pneumatic conserving device and as much as 62 hours with the SOLO2 conserving device. For added convenience, it is compatible with the CART101-A chrome cylinder cart, making transport simple and efficient.

This cylinder comes standard with a CGA870 medical post valve, but can be customized with toggle, “Z,” handtight, handtight with gauge, or CGA540 valve options to suit individual oxygen delivery setups.
